The Bedford Hotel
You know when Noel McMeel is Executive Chef, that the food and drink will be very good indeed. He’s at the helm at one of Belfast’s newest hotels in the heart of the city.
You’ll be wanting to know about the eats and drinks at this 82-bedroom boutique hotel where they blend timeless design with modern luxury.
Noel McMeel has always championed local produce, which he insists on being perfectly served. His approach is simple; food that’s honest, seasonal and full of heart.
The Nineteen Hundred Restaurant and Café Bar is named in honour of the era the doors of the original building were first opened. The Ledger Library is another fine spot where they offer exclusive private dining and corporate events.
Lunch might be Crispy Armagh Chicken and Grants Back Bacon Salad or a Northern Ireland’s Best Seafood Chowder with Comber Potatoes. Dart Mountain Dusk cheese will be in the Ploughman’s Lunch Platter.
Why not try a Carnbrooke Grilled Sirloin Steak with Black Onion Potato, Confit Carrot and a choice of sauce for dinner?
We love our desserts in Ulster. Muine Glas Yellowman Ice Cream with Armagh Apple Crumble and Homemade Vanilla Custard, anyone?
As you know, our craft drinks are very special. The beverage menu includes Boatyard Gin, Copeland Whiskey, and Bushmills Black Bush.
True Tastes of Ulster.
