Josh Crawford, Head Chef at The Whitecliff Inn is one to watch. With stints at Noble, Sleepy Hollow and The Kitchin in Edinburgh, he says he is delighted he is getting to share this knowledge somewhere closer to home.

One of the apprentice chefs ,David Sinclair, won the Yes Chef! Ireland Young Chef of the Year 2026. 

Lisdergan Meats, Ewings and Keenan Seafoods and Scotts (fruit and vegetables) are some of their local suppliers. They make their own bread in-house.

From hearty classics and fresh seasonal dishes to light bites and indulgent favourites, there’s something to satisfy every craving. 

Vegetarians and Vegans might go for Charred Hispi Cabbage Romesco Sauce, Toasted Almonds and a Side. They do great steaks on the grill and funky boozy ice-cream scoops. 

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a leisurely lunch, expect flavour, flair, and a touch of comfort in every dish.

The bar snack menu is a wonderful thing. Tapas-style nibbles in Northern Ireland. Fab!
