Like all Taste of Ulster members, the team are committed to using the best of the
local larder. Suppliers include Lisdergan Meats, North Down (Eglantine Farm) for
vegetables, Elmore for seafood, Draynes Farm for dairy and French Village but they do some
baking in-house.
