Like all Taste of Ulster members, the team are committed to using the best of the local larder. Suppliers include Carnbrooke Meats (Lisburn), North Down (Eglantine Farm) for vegetables, Elmore for seafood, Draynes Farm for dairy. Bob’s team of chefs proudly bake all their breads in-house. We also pour 2 locally brewed craft beers from Bell’s Brewery, brewed in our sister venue, The Deer’s Head (1-3 Lower Garfield Street, Belfast). One is a bespoke lager for Bob’s – Lychgate Lager, appropriately named after the small front bar – pouring alongside Bell’s Brewery’s Monkey Shaving the Goat IPA.
