The Dunadry Hotel
The Dunadry’s long established reputation for serving delicious food is unrivalled in the area. The hotel, whose name means “The Middle Fort” has just been refurbished. The Mill Race restaurant has gorgeous views over the Six Mile Water but inside is now contemporary and stylish as befits the food by Head Chef, Iain McIntyre.
His team of talented chefs are committed to using fresh, locally sourced produce from suppliers including Carnbrooke Meats, McAtamney Meats, Get Fresh, Keenan’s Seafood, Dale Farm and Yellow Door.
They create seasonal tasty menus, using international influences on local favourites. Expect dishes like Loin of Pork with Champ, Apple Fritter, Braised Red Cabbage and Pan Jus or a Fish Platter with Smoked Salmon from Ballyhornan. They make their own scones, pastries and desserts.
