Rhiannon Woolsey is a busy mother of three who learned to bake in her parents’ coffee shop “Esther’s” in Portadown. As orders grew for her home-based cakes after she had her children, she took the plunge, gave up her part-time job as a classroom assistant, bought a cabin and set up in her
garden.  The bakery still operates from her garden while she now has 4 locations across NI including: Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon, Stranmillis Road, Belfast, CastleCourt Shopping Centre, Belfast and Rhiannon’s Cafe based in Sitara Morgan Boutique, Portadown.

All shops offer a wide selection of homemade treats including: Scones and Soda Farls to the array of freshly homemade traybakes and cupcakes which are becoming increasingly
popular with our customers.  Coffees, Tea, Luxury Hot Chocolate and other hot drinks are also available to buy from all locations.

She and her growing team make personalised cakes and cupcakes, cookies, traybakes and breads daily in their bakery, and transport them each morning to their 4 shops across Northern Ireland.
They get supplies locally from Orchard Eggs and Davison’s Apples.

Rushmere Kiosk is open Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 1pm-6pm.

The Stranmillis, Belfast shop has seating inside and outside. Open Monday-Thursday from 9.30am-8pm and Friday-Saturday from 9.30am-6pm.

CastleCourt Kiosk is open Monday-Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday-Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 1pm-6pm.

Rhiannon’s Cafe (based inside Sitara Morgan Boutique) is open Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm, with hot food available daily to 3pm.  Breakfast, Lunches and Sweet treats available!
