We all know that the most recently discovered taste is umami. The best way to describe it is “savoury deliciousness”. That’s absolutely what you get when you try this stonebaked artisan sourdough pizza. It’s so successful that they have opened a flagship hub on the Central Promenade in Newcastle, Co. Down. They also have a 1972 vintage van called Rosie on site at the Spar Filling station in Temple.
They do the usual favourites as well as their own concoctions such as Spicy Squash with Nduja sausage. Local suppliers include Northway mushrooms, McCormack’s and Hamilton’s Farm.
They have gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options too. Catch them at events and hire them for private and corporate parties and weddings. Have a mini-pizzeria in your own back garden. They bring umami taste, with artisan craft!!
