The folk at Northbound Brewery are passionate about crafting beers that use only water, malt, hops, yeast and the knowledge of their IBD qualified Master Brewer, David Rogers. He and his wife returned home to Derry-Londonderry in 2010 after spending nearly a decade in Australia.
David gained invaluable skills with Australian and Japanese breweries. He and Martina pride themselves on producing beers which showcase the high quality of the area’s natural ingredients.
