With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Grainne is devoted to conjuring
exceptional cakes and baked goods, meticulously sourcing only the finest to ensure
that each bake from Little Cake Works not only delights the eye but intrigues the
palate. She is committed to supporting local artisans, as she is passionate about
sourcing seasonal organic ingredients.
Her fillings and jams are crafted from scratch using produce from her market garden,
and organic eggs from her free-range, pasture-raised hens. Grainne collaborates
with clients to turn their vision into delectable creations, guiding them through a few
simple steps to their dream cake.
