Lecale Harvest is a family run business specialising in Artisan meat and seafood products. Starting out with just a small selection of seafood pates, with all ingredients sourced in Ardglass in the Lecale area, their range has now grown to a selection of 17 products including seafood and meat pate, slow cooked and confit meats and also ready to eat dishes. All of their products have the benefit of having long shelf lives and many of them are also ambient.
