About the Range

Artisan, Botanical, and Floral Cordials… Irish Sisters drinks are crafted in small batches using original recipes, right in the heart of Belfast. Each one is carefully blended, bottled, and finished by hand, with a focus on flavour, quality, and tradition.

Founder Wayne Adair comes from a family of strong Irish women. From his grandmother, who passed down a treasured fourth-generation recipe for Fiery Ginger Wine to his mother, her sisters, and now his own daughters, this range is a heartfelt homage to the women who shaped his story.
