Greenhill Vegan Bakery creates unique plant-based treats in small batches from
quality ingredients without any preservatives or other additives.
The bakes are made with local fruit (apples, rhubarb, blackcurrants) and vegetables
(carrots, courgettes) from supermarkets, local growers and their own produce.
100% British gluten-free oat milk from Glebe Farm in England is the only dairy
alternative milk used in the bakery, as it is gluten free and has no “may contains”,
unlike other brands.
Current stockists include The Larder, Broughshane; Dougies Goodies, Ballymena
and Belfast. They are also on the menu at The HomePlace Cafe, Bellaghy, Little
Izzie’s Play Café in Randalstown and Blooms Tea Rooms, Ballyclare. They are
interested in supplying hotels.
Free from all 14 allergens, vegan, and safe for coeliacs, their cupcakes, biscuits, loaf
cakes and breakfast breads bring everyone to the table!
