They specialize in natural leavened breads and pastries at this now multi-award-winning craft bakery.

Local suppliers are always used where best with Food NI members. In this case, they include UK-grown, wildfarmed wheat; local pork from Lisdergan Butchers; Hendersons and Draynes Farm.

They are stocked in Indie Fude (Belfast and Comber), Millbank Farm Shop (Saintfield), Tom and Ollie, Lightfoot and Angus Farmshop. Their products are also on menus in Stove and Stock.

They have been listed in the McKenna guide since 2022 and this year (2025).

Their Stout and Treacle bread won a bronze medal at Blas na hEireann and two stars at the Great Taste Awards. Their Sourdough Focaccia won gold at Blas 2025. Their Country Loaf was also a finalist product for 2025 at Blas. They were named County Down Producer of the Year 2025 at Blas also. Last year (2024), at the Slow Food Awards night, they were awarded Producer for the Year and their Sourdough Focaccia won product of the year.
