Fresh potatoes are prepared daily. From hand-cutting, to steaming then double frying to ensure consistency, texture, and quality across every portion. Everything possible is made in-house, from slow-cooked taco beef to a multitude of sauces, allowing the team to maintain full control over flavour and standards.

Operating from a compact, open kitchen, Poke Club has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality food efficiently, serving a busy city-centre crowd with consistency and energy, with the entire menu available from a walk-up hatch at the side of the building or throughout the Watson multi-venue complex.
