William Annett grows hemp at Henry Hill Farm in Banbridge for its seed. That seed is
harvested from the plants, dried and then pressed to make hemp oil. The rest is
milled down into a fine 40 per cent protein powder. They also dehull the hemp seed
to leave hemp hearts but leave some of the hulls in for fibre.

These small brown seeds are rich in protein, fibre and healthy fats including Omega
3 & 6 in the perfect combination for the human body. Studies have found that hemp
