At Smoke BBQ, they smoke everything in-house from their locally-sourced meats right down to their cheese. They are champions of local produce and proud to promote the abundance of great ingredients on our small patch of the world.

They smoke their produce over locally-sourced wood and aim to have everything brought to them from within a 30 mile radius. Their motto is that if they can do it in-house, they will! This includes making their own rubs, House sauces and smoked cheese. They are truly focused on providing a unique guest experience.

With local suppliers such Albert Boal the Butcher, Pinkertons of Armagh and iDevour you can be sure that all their meat meets high standards and strict specs.
