You might choose Head Chef Stephen Ferris’s Portavogie prawn cocktail and toast followed by Roast Market Fish, Samphire, White Wine, Chive and Lemon Sauce. Weekend brunch could be Beef Rosti with braised beef brisket, garlic potato rosti, fried egg and bearnaise sauce or a stack of fluffy pancakes with strawberries, cream and apricot honey. The Sunday roasts are also a great shout. Yum!
