Coppi – Trattoria & Cicchetti Bar
Tucked into the heart of Belfast’s buzzing Cathedral Quarter in the beautiful St Anne’s Square, Coppi is a modern Italian trattoria and cicchetti bar inspired by those found in Venice and named after the legendary cyclist Fausto Coppi; a name that evokes style, energy, and a passion for life on two wheels.
Inside, New York-style subway tiles meet aged wood, vintage cycling prints, and quirky handlebar coat hooks, creating a space that feels as relaxed and charismatic as the food itself.
At the front, the lively Cicchetti Bar offers a taste of Venice – no bookings needed – with small sharing plates and smaller servings of freshly made pasta, perfect for grazing with a spritz, glass of wine, or one of our freshly crafted cocktails. Beyond, the trattoria serves bold, seasonal, Italian-inspired dishes crafted with the best of Northern Irish produce.
Alongside a seasonally changing A La Carte menu, The Banchetto Menu takes centre stage; a regularly changing four-course set menu with a choice of two dishes at each course, showcasing the creativity and flair of the talented kitchen team.
All pasta, sourdough breads, and desserts are made in-house daily. Steak comes from Peter Hannan, fish is locally landed, and menus are built around what’s fresh, vibrant, and in season.
Coppi is loved for its buzzing atmosphere, laid-back charm, and standout food — not to mention the cocktails, vegan options, daily specials, and excellent value throughout the week.
