August is ‘Meat Month’ in N. Ireland, and no better way to celebrate than a good ‘aul BBQ with plenty of meat, sides…and of course beer!
Join Californian native, Paul Van Gelder (Red Dog, Kilkeel) for a Southern BBQ Masterclass, tasting a stunning fest of BBQ’d beef, pork and chicken (incl. sides), as well as learning about great southern BBQ techniques, such as:
• Mustard style sauce
• Low & Slow cook points
• Smoking wood types
Paul will be joined on the evening by master brewer, William Mayne (Bullhouse Brewing Co., Newtownards), to take you through his locally brewed beer selection, carefully pairing each of Paul’s smokey creations with one of his stunning craft brews.
