The Spring Fling Fizz

- 50ml Shortcross Classic Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 15ml Muddled Basil Leaves

- Add Shortcross, sugar syrup and basil to shaker.
- Muddle the basil.
- Add lemon juice and ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled tall glass filled with ice and top with soda water.
- Serve with a fresh basil leaf.
