Oat Pancakes
  • 300g Self Raising flour + pinch salt
  • 50g Porridge oats
  • 500 ml milk or buttermilk
  • 2 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon oil

Main Instructions
  1. 1. Mix egg, oil and milk together and gradually add to dry ingredients to make a thick batter.
  2. 2. Lightly oil and heat pan. Sprinkle oats where you will pour batter. Pour batter over oats in hot pan. Turn when tops bubble. Flip and repeat.
