- 300g Self Raising flour + pinch salt
- 50g Porridge oats
- 500 ml milk or buttermilk
- 2 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Mix egg, oil and milk together and gradually add to dry ingredients to make a thick batter.
- Lightly oil and heat pan. Sprinkle oats where you will pour batter. Pour batter over oats in hot pan. Turn when tops bubble. Flip and repeat.
