This deliciously hare-raising cocktail is the ideal recipe for the ultimate romantic night in this Valentine’s Day, created with love by expert mixologist and Bar Manager, Graeme Hamilton from The Rabbit in Templepatrick.

Cupid’s Arrow is a sure way to share the love on Valentine’s Night, with a beautiful blend of Bombay Sapphire Gin and Creme de Cassis poured over crushed ice.

Main Ingredients
  • 35ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 15ml Creme de Cassis
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 25ml Simple Syrup
To Garnish
  • Raspberry skewer
  • Mint sprig

Main Instructions
  1. Add Creme de Cassis to the bottom of a chilled rocks glass.
  2. Add remaining ingredients into an ice-filled Boston shaker and shake well for 10 seconds.
  3. Fill your glass with crushed ice and strain mixture into the glass.
  4. Garnish with a raspberry skewer and mint sprig.
