Exciting Changes for Tynedale Goat and Kid

Established in the Belfast Hills in 2011, Tynedale Goat Kid sought to bring Goat Kid meat to the population of Northern Ireland. Since 2011, the popularity of Goat meat has risen dramatically with top class chefs across the UK and Ireland seeking to put this unique product on their menus.

The Observer Magazine named Goat Kid Meat as their number one food trend for 2015 and highlighted the Belfast food scene in the top 10. The combination of the two naturally go hand in hand.

Coppi restaurant in St Annes Square, is a firm favourite with visitors on the Belfast Food Tour and their Braised Sicilian goat pizetta has been named by Image Daily as one of the “6 things you have to taste in Belfast”.

Tynedale Goat kid is now moving onwards and upwards with new owners Ian and Ann Wilson and their family, while founders William and Sarah Haire embark on a new chapter in their own lives in England.

Tynedale Goat kid will still be available to the ever growing list of customers built up by William and Sarah but Ian and Ann have lots of exciting plans in store.

The website has been updated with the new contact details and Ian and Ann look forward to growing the ever popular Tynedale Goat Kid brand.
