Wild about foraging with Wildlife Expert David Thompson

£55 per day to include lunch. Booking Essential. Limited Places

David Thompson will take you out to forage the shores of Strangford Lough and Ards Peninsula along with partner Celia Spouncer. We will share our knowledge and teach you the skills of Spouncer. We will share our knowledge and teach you the skills of foraging both land and shore. We will explore a number of recipes and ideas and eat WILD on the shore.
