Halloween Fest once again takes over Inns Market during the scariest time of year with ghoulish goodies and terrifying treats making up the menu supplied by local, seasonal and artisan producers.
Plenty of familiar faces like Cherryvalley Farm, Go Yeast, Hogplate, Buchanan’s Farm Shop, Indie Fude and Mikes Fancy Cheese will help make up the numbers, while a few new faces are expected to make an appearance. Not forgetting the street food offer from Hogplate and Pizza Vantastica, which can be enjoyed at the market or taken home. A total of 20+ stalls regularly transform The Inns into a foodie’s haven on the last Saturday of every month and this month is to be no different, with one exception.
Demos from Stephen Jeffers of Forestside Cookery School, Paul Milligan of The Four Winds and Stevie Higginson of Square Bistro. On top of that Sarah McGreechan from Sarah’s World Fare will offer a meat free alternative while Alessandro Bianco of Pizza VanTastica demonstrates how to make real Neapolitan pizza. A scarily good line-up of our food heroes showing how to make the most of local and seasonal produce with an emphasis on NI’s Year of Food & Drink.
Face painting is back at Halloween Fest, so come down all dressed up and complete those scary costumes! The Inns Market family favourite is back along with balloon modelling, potato printing and storytelling. With even more Halloween themed family fun still to be announced you’ll have to keep your ear to the ground on the Inns Market social pages.
