In this one-off exclusive event, Robert Neill and Neil Preshaw of Neill Wine, Groomsport, will showcase three of the very finest winesfrom the vineyards of Burgundy in France. And to complement the wine, Salty Dog proprietor, Ken Sharpe, and his head chef, Tim Brunton, have created a menu inspired by the traditions of the Burgundy region made with premium Northern Irish produce.

Following a glass of Kir Royale with Gougères, both traditional to Burgundy, you’ll move on to the stars of the show – a Domaine des Malandes Chablis, and white and red wines from Bouchard Père et Fils. These will be matched with three classic French dishes using the best of locally sourced ingredients, including ham from Broughgammon Farm in Ballycastle, and Carnbrooke beef, which is aged in salt from Belfast Lough.

Throughout the evening, Stax of Wax will play a French-inspired DJ set, and you can round off your night with some dancing. *If you have any special dietary requirements, please give details in the comments section at the point of booking. Please note, this event is not suitable for vegetarians.
