Bread & Butter – is there anything better? Yes: when the bread is artisan, slow proved and fresh and the butter is hand-made and flavoured!
During this two-hour workshop, by Bangor’s Kim Close, you will have a chance to get hands-on and participate in a baguette shaping session, learn a French technique for making top-notch home-made bread & see butter being made & flavoured. You’ll each receive a free sourdough starter so that you can make your very own bread right in the comfort of your own kitchen.
It then gets even better as you sample all of this as part of a light supper – BYO for a great Friday night start to the weekend!
