Celebrating the NI Year of Food and Drink, the exclusive evening will start with an artisan Drinks Reception. Sip delicious hand-crafted drinks while listening to some talented Angel Eyes NI children singing.
The drinks reception will be followed by an exclusive Tasting Menu with carefully selected matched wines. Each course, designed by a different N.I. chef, including: Danni Barry – (Michelin-star awarded) Head Chef of Deanes Epic; Joery Castel – Head Chef and owner of the 3 AA rosette restaurant, The Boathouse; Tim Brunton – Head Chef of the award-winning restaurant, Salty Dog; Dean Coppard – Former Head Chef of award winning restaurant, Uluru in Armagh followed by cheese from Mike’s Fancy Cheese.
The Keynote speaker for the evening will be renowned Northern Irish food blogger, John Ferris and there will be live entertainment throughout, featuring Belfast born singer and songwriter Joe Kenny.
A Charity Auction to follow with all proceeds going directly to Angel Eyes.
