Chef Paula McIntyre will once again prepare a delightful selection of canapés perfectly paired with signature cocktails prepared by Basalt Distillery. This time, Glens of Antrim Distillery will feature to prepare a special cocktail for the evening. This extraordinary collaboration will showcase some of the best spirits that Northern Ireland has to offer, including the newly launched Paula McIntyre Rum, promising a night of pure indulgence.
