Success at Institute of Hospitality NI Awards
There were plentiful plaudits for long-standing Taste of Ulster member, The Culloden Estate and Spa, in Holywood, Co. Down at the 29th Institute of Hospitality NI Awards.
No fewer than three awards went to the north Down property. Mark Begley won Chef of the Year while Cormac Fadden was named Hotelier of the Year. Michelle Wells won the Commercial Manager of the Year prize.
James Kenny from another member establishment, The Bullit Hotel in Belfast, was awarded the General Manager of the Future award.
There is incredible talent in Northern Ireland’s hospitality profession. Well done.
