Jawbox Gin

Distilled in County Down, the grain is grown in fields in Kircubbin, located in the picturesque Ards Peninsula.

Jawbox is triple distilled in a traditional copper pot, with eight of the eleven botanicals infused in the spirit.

The final three botanicals are put through the vapour extraction method. This preserves their delicate flavour and aroma. Local heather from Black Mountain, which overlooks the city of Belfast, is amongst its distinctive blend of botanicals.

Two new Jawbox Gin Liqueurs joined Jawbox in 2018 – Jawbox Pineapple & Ginger and Jawbox Rhubarb & Ginger!
