As the anniversary of Titanic’s maiden voyage draws closer, the birthplace of the magnificent ship is a hub of excitement, with many waiting with baited breath for the unveiling of Titanic Belfast – one of the five key tourism signature projects to enhance Northern Ireland’s tourism offering.

In addition to this there are many other festivals and events around Northern Ireland to commemorate this famous story.  One of these includes a cookery demonstration, being held on Saturday 31st of March, at St George’s Market; running from 10.30am to 2.30pm.

The first, second and third class menus will provide authentic inspiration for the dishes that will be cooked at the Market.  So join us on Saturday and immerse yourself in the culture by sampling the delicious food served to all of the Titanic’s passengers, first class and steerage alike!
