If you like chocolate and good food, The Hans Sloane Chocolate and Fine Food Festival in Killyleagh is the place for you this weekend, from the 21st to the 23rd of September.

Friday 21st September
The Hans Sloane Chocolate Ball – Fine Food, Glorious Chocolate and Fine Wines plus the American Four Tops

Saturday 22nd September
2pm Kids Zumba (£2.50)
3.30pm Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (free)
8-10pm Adult Zumba (£10)

Sunday 23rd September
The Chocolate and Fine Food Fair is open from 12-6pm (children free; adults £2.50)
Chocolatiers and Artisan Food Producers; Cookery Demonstrations; Streetwise Samba Band; W5 Chocolate Stage Show; Climbing wall; Archery; Circus skills for kids; Chocolate Chip Cookie baking competition; Story telling; Art Area; Stilt walkers and much more….

The cookery demonstrations will be based on ‘Northern Ireland’ inspired dishes using the freshest local ingredients, and if you feel inspired after the demonstations you can buy some of the ingredients at the Festival to cook at home!

Cooking for you this weekend are Danny Miller of Balloo House (12-1pm); Liz moore of Liz Moore Cooks (1-2pm); The Belfast Cookery School (2-3pm); Glassdrumman Cookery School (3-4pm) and Niall McKenna of James Street South (4-5pm)
