Belfast’s biggest free consumer food festival is back!  The fabulous Tesco Taste Northern Ireland Festival is returning to Custom House Square in Belfast on the weekend of 12th-14th of September. Now in its sixth year, the 2014 foodie extravaganza, which attracts around 20,000 visitors, looks set to be even bigger and better than before.

Northern Ireland’s favourite local food companies will gather for a superb weekend of tasting, cooking and sharing the love of local food.  The event is under cover in a huge marquee and, even better, admission is free!

Taste Northern Ireland 2014 celebrates and showcases all that’s great about Northern Ireland food & drink producers, suppliers and chefs.  There are heaps of free tastings and samples guaranteed, as well as exclusive previews of brand new product launches.

The celebration of locally produced food will run all weekend, with a busy schedule of cookery demonstrations sharing cooking tips and recipes, using top local produce. Fiddler Adams will be back with his “on-fire” fiddle and new for 2014 – Willie Drennan’s fantastic traditional music!  And look out for roving entertainment during the event!
