Speciality Food Fair returns for a day of food and fun in the parkland setting of Moira Demesne on Saturday 18th August 2018.

Meet the primary producers and culinary talents who are at the forefront of Northern Ireland’s burgeoning food culture.

Now in its fourth year, an expanded food hall will showcase speciality foods from across Northern Ireland. You can chat and buy directly from the producer, with foods including fresh and cured meats, locally grown vegetables, fruit and dairy products. You’ll also find a diverse selection of small batch foods from the most creative artisan producers.

Kitchen Sessions are back and there is a new workshop and expert talk area with something for all the family. Chef demos will share tips on current food trends using products from the food hall. There will also be a talk on beekeeping, making products from beeswax and simple tips on how to create your own fermented foods at home.

Interactive workshops for children will include planting, bug art and the world of bees. With something for all the family, come along and soak up the festival vibe, grab a bite to eat from the gourmet street food village, sample local craft beers, ciders and juices from the café bar.

Entry and parking to the Speciality Food Fair is free and will run from 10am – 6pm on Saturday 18th August. Access for disabled visitors is provided.
