The Dalriada Festival is an experience that you will not want to miss! From music, food and traditional sport there is something for everyone to enjoy. It is set in the grounds of Glenarm Estate and runs from Friday the 17th of June to Sunday the 19th of June 2011.
On Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of June Food NI are hosting the Fine Food Marquee which will feature a wide range of Northern Ireland’s fresh local produce made by some of our finest producers such as Ewing’s Seafoods (Glenarm Salmon), Hannan’s (Glenarm Beef), Hoys Farmhouse Ice-cream, Bella Jo, Glastry Farm Ice-cream, Harrnets Oils, Barnaby’s, Boozeberries and Mash Direct.
Professional Taste of Ulster Chefs’ will be demonstrating their cooking skills and will be creating local dishes on the cookery theatre such as Juno Mawhinney from Ballygally Castle. This will be a great opportunity to learn hints and tips from observing the technique and skill of cooking local produce from some of Northern Ireland’s praised professionals.
