It’s finally arrived Northern Ireland’s first dedicated cake and sugarcraft show – NISE!

Love to bake, have a passion for cakes? Tailored to suit the home baker through to the seasoned professional the NISE show has something for everyone. With workshops, competitions, live demos and a vast array of exhibitors, it’s a date for your diary.

Access all the best cake, sugarcraft tools and suppliers under one roof, whilst enjoying live demos on the main stage. Including a live build of the iconic Giants Causeway with Finn McCool perched on top. The show’s hostess for the weekend is none other than Rosie Cake-Diva of Channel 4’s Extreme Cake Makers. She’ll be joined over the weekend by fellow extreme Cake Makers…Molly Robbins and Suzanne Thorpe.

If you’ve caught the cake decorating bug and want to challenge yourself, then why not enter one of their 12 competitions. Novice or pro there is a category for everyone, including decorated cupcakes & cookies right through to show stopping wedding cakes and the allure of the “Creative Freedom” category.

Want to learn new techniques? Whether you are a complete beginner to a seasoned caker their workshops are tailored to suit all, from figure modelling to fantasy flowers, airbrushing and a photography masterclass. Learn from the best in the industry including world class professionals Sachiko Windbiel and multi award winning Anjali Tambde.
