Join The Echlinville Distillery for a night devoted entirely to Gin. Find out more about our ‘field to glass’ story while enjoying our signature serves, luxurious gin cocktails and a sumptuous three-course gin-inspired dinner, all in the surroundings of our state-of-the-art stillhouse.

The heart of gin may be juniper, but the soul of any spirit comes from its connection to the place where it is made. The Echlinville Distillery is proud of its roots in the Ards Peninsula, and that sense of place is the essence of our gin. Where better to enjoy it than in the company of friends in the place where it is so carefully crafted?
