The Bay Tree is involved in MEAT Pop Up in 2014 and is working alongside a Farmer called Joel Kerr. Hosting 7 events throughout the year to showcase 7 rare breed animals which we’ve reared on Joel’s family farm. The idea is to promote an interest in provenance, to create a closer link between consumers and producers and above all serve 7 incredible feast at various locations around Holywood and Belfast.
