Attend one of the following workshops / masterclasses and learn how to bake with Northern Ireland’s World Bread Award Winner Cathy from The Daily Apron in their own bakery!

Triumphant Traybakes: Monday 17th July 2:00-4:30pm

Make three of the top-selling traybakes in The Daily Apron: Shortbread (and decorating), Cookies, and Blueberry Muffins. Finish off your day by tasting your freshly baked treats along with refreshments in The Daily Apron Cafe.

£50 per person. Four spaces available

Cookies and Cupcakes (Family Class): Monday 8th August 2:00-4:30pm

Make cookies and cupcakes together as a family, design and decorate with frosting and sprinkles to personalise your masterpiece. Learn to make: Red Velvet Cookies, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, and Vanilla Cupcakes. Bring your treats home to share with friends and family and show off your new skills!

£75 per couple (one adult one child aged over 8)

Sourdough Masterclass: Sunday 14th August 12:00-4:00pm

Start from scratch (with starters) and learn how to make, shape and bake San Franciscan Sourdough with Cathy. Take home a piece of The Daily Apron starter to keep baking bread and master your skills! Lunch also provided in this session.
