Backyard Cookery Class

Do you love BBQ food and are keen to learn some of the trade secrets? We are hosting BBQ cookery classes on 11th July with Kansas City
BBQ Society. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the Kings (and queens!) of BBQ.

They will explain everything from what charcoal to use for different cooking techniques, temperate control, holding areas on the grill and how to achieve the perfect steak!

Flavour profiles will be explained and there will of course be the opportunity to sample all of these yourself. Tickets cost £48pp (including a BBQ lunch). Contact us for more information.
