Hospitality Exchange is Northern Ireland’s largest exhibition and conference for the tourism sector.

The event takes place on 19th and 20th October in the Ramada Hotel Belfast. It is aimed at everyone in the hospitality industry, includes lots of free activities and has workshops from as little as £25. New for 2010 is a dedicated local food stand area and a new workshop on Tuesday afternoon.

This is a very exciting event and fantastic opportunity for chefs and those in the hospitality industry to come together and learn more local food, get some recipe ideas and taste fantastic locally produced food and drink.
