Visit The Argory on Saturday 13 June for its very first Good Food Market! The Courtyard will be jam packed with hand-picked stalls, showcasing a fusion of tempting locally sourced food and drink for everyone to taste and buy.

Enjoy the best food, tastes and smells brought by local producers including: cider, beef, fresh fruit and vegetables, homemade bakes, jams and chutneys, granola, loose leaf teas, chocolate, cordials, fresh soda bread and pancakes, bramley apples and lots more!

The highlight of Saturday’s programme will be the live cooking demonstrations. Come along and see Sean Farnan, Head Chef/Proprietor of the local restaurant Moody Boar in action. Sean has a wealth of knowledge and will be showcasing local produce at its best. The Argory will also be welcoming Áine Boyle, Proprietor of Áine’s Kitchen, who will be demonstrating how to produce tasty and healthy food all rolled into one. The Argory would like to thank Flogas for sponsoring the cooking station for the event.

Elizabeth and Raymond Herron will be on site all day, selling some of their plants and shrubs which are grown in the Walled Garden at The Argory. Both of them have a wealth of knowledge about gardening and will only be too happy to help you get your garden into shape for the summer months.

And the entertainment doesn’t stop there! Children can have a go on the kiddies’ trail and the Grown-ups can take a tour of the house or see The Argory in a whole new light on one of our guided estate tours.

Enjoy homemade cakes, scones, paninis and teas in the Courtyard Coffee Shop and treat yourself to something nice in the gift shop, packed with an extensive range of products.

The Argory’s Good Food Market promises to be a fantastic day out for the whole family. The Good Food Market will take place on Saturday 13 June from 12-5pm. Adult £5.25, Child £2.50, Family £13. National Trust Members Free.
