The Northern Ireland Tourist Board will be demonstrating how to make Christmas themed treats courtesy of renowned chef, Joe Kelly of Belle Isle Cookery School, Fermanagh. Visitors can taste these delights and be in with a chance to win  a break away in Fermanagh with a fabulous cookery class for two included. Artisans including Eva Paris and Bella Jo will also be showcasing some of the finest produce NI has to offer.
