We have a spectacular Christmas Food Market planned for Thursday 7 December!  With over 33 stalls selling handmade Christmas puddings, mince pies, chocolates, jams, oils, vinegars, chutneys, olives, tapenades, Christmas trees, Christmas wreaths,  spring bulbs and pot plants you won’t need to look any further for your Christmas food shop.   Plus, the traders are busy preparing special Christmas gift packs and hampers that you can buy for either stocking fillers or Christmas gifts for family and friends.

You can also order your Christmas turkey from local farmer William Mckeag, Lisbarnett Free Range Turkeys, or buy a wonderful award winning ham from Kennedy Bacon or a sirloin roast from Forthill Farm and put them in your freezer until you need them.

All your local favourites will be there including the Krazi Baker, Mange Tout, Good Granola Company, Springmount Farm Eggs and Hannah’s Raw Milk.  Of yes, and don’t forget to visit La Dolce Via, our new Italian trader from Portrush who makes amazing handmade pasta, pestos, and lasagnes to heat up when you are too busy to cook.

At 10.00am St Mary’s PS choir will be singing Christmas carols and at 11.00am, St Andrew’s Memorial PS will perform.  Santa Claus and Mrs Claus (see attached photo) will be paying us a visit and handing out sweets to customers.  There will also be  a Christmas Hamper Draw with proceeds going to the  Air Ambulance Charity.

Looking forward to seeing you at our Christmas Market on Thursday and if coming, make sure you wrap up warm as the weather forecast is to be dry but chilly (6/7C).
