Stephen Chisholm, winner of this year’s Great Irish Bake Off, will be co-hosting tonight with our own Stephen Jeffers.Stephen Chisholm (22) is from Belfast and is studying Business at University of Ulster. He has two brothers and two sisters, and goes home regularly to bake in his mum’s kitchen. Although Stephen likes university, he would prefer to be doing something in the food world. Stephen admits that he is not your ‘typical baker’, as he plays a lot of rugby, surfs and is a fully qualified ski instructor.The amateur baker walked off with the crown from this year’s Great Irish Bake Off with his outstanding gingerbread castle.

Needless to say we here at the Belfast Cookery School are incredibly excited to have him come on board with us. His first class will be on Tuesday 3rd December from 6pm-9pm, he will be hosting alongside our very own Stephen Jeffers and the two chefs have a wonderful night planned for guests. This will be the first in a series of classes we intend to run with this very talented young chef. His fans and fans of the cookery school can look forward to many more exciting and innovative sessions in the near future. Come and hear some secrets about the show and have 1 on 1 tutelage from one of Ireland’s top young chefs and finest young bakers.
