There will be local food sampling to coincide with the Year of Food & Drink at Tesco Lisburn on Friday 5th January 2016. The demonstration will involve a range of local produce from Northern Ireland being stocked in Tesco.

The cookery demonstration will run from 10am-4pm (approx.) and will incorporate sampling, the products being used will be Tayto, Johnsons Coffee, Punjana Tea, Irwins Bakery and White’s Oats.

The demonstrator this month is Evelyn McBurney.
