Irish Hotel Awards 2026 – Taste of Ulster Winners
Long-standing Taste of Ulster members, Titanic Hotel in Belfast, The Causeway Hotel and Corick House Hotel and Spa were victorious at the 2026 Irish Hotel Awards.
There were three gongs for Titanic Hotel including Best Chef (Alastair Fullerton), Best Accommodation Services Manager (Veronica Ciosu) and Best Hotel Bar.
The Causeway Hotel won on the double taking Best Coastal Escape in Ulster with Alish Khalandar winning Best Front Office Manager.
The Corick House Hotel and Spa in Tyrone won Best Country House Hotel in Ulster, as well as Best Wedding Hotel Ulster.
Now in their 9th year, the Irish Hotel Awards, from NI Media, recognize outstanding performance across all areas of hotel operations, from guest experience and culinary innovation to spa services, housekeeping, leadership and overall Best Hotel honours.
The event took place at the Fairways Hotel, Dundalk, Ireland on Monday 19th October, 2026.
