Balmoral Show NI Food & Drink Pavilion 2027

Put your brand at the heart of Northern Ireland’s biggest food & drink showcase

The NI Food & Drink Pavilion at the Balmoral Show brings together the very best of Northern Ireland’s food and drink industry under one roof.

Shaping the future of Northern Ireland’s food and drink industry

The NI Food & Drink Pavilion is not only a celebration of the fantastic food and drink produced here, it is also an opportunity to showcase the role our industry can play in shaping a healthier and more sustainable Northern Ireland. As the NI Food Strategy Framework continues to drive the direction of the sector, we want the Pavilion to be a place where businesses can demonstrate the positive contribution they are making and share the innovation, ideas and solutions that will help shape the future of our food system.

Our focus for the 2027 Pavilion will particularly reflect the Strategy Framework’s priorities around Health and Sustainability, creating opportunities for exhibitors to highlight the work they are already doing in these areas. Whether that is developing healthier products, improving nutrition, reducing waste, using resources more efficiently, supporting local supply chains or finding more sustainable ways to produce and package food, the Pavilion provides a high-profile platform to tell those stories.

Over the years, the Pavilion and the Show have evolved. Today, Balmoral is much more than an exhibition, it is a selling show, with exhibitors generating tangible sales, new business leads, valuable connections and significant brand exposure.

With 90+ Northern Ireland food and drink companies exhibiting in 2026, the Pavilion is an unmissable opportunity to put your brand directly in front of consumers, buyers, media and key industry contacts.

Come and be part of it!

Why exhibit at the NI Food & Drink Pavilion?

Turn footfall into business

Balmoral Show attracts over 110,000 visitors, creating a fantastic opportunity to put your products directly into the hands of consumers, generate sales and build brand awareness.

But the opportunity goes beyond the public.

Our organised, invite only Buyer Preview Event, delivered in partnership with Invest NI, brings 80+ buyers to the Pavilion, giving exhibitors the opportunity to make valuable new commercial connections.

Put your story in the spotlight

The Pavilion provides opportunities for exhibitors to generate exposure across radio, television and other media, helping you tell your story to audiences well beyond the Show itself.

There are also opportunities to take part in our Theatre Kitchens, where you can showcase your products, share your expertise and bring your brand to life in front of a live audience.

Our two Theatre Kitchens are proudly sponsored by TBC and TBC, with appearances hosted by well-known presenters and personalities.

Be part of something special

The NI Food & Drink Pavilion is an award-winning showcase of Northern Ireland’s food and drink industry. It brings together producers of all sizes – from established household names to emerging businesses – creating a unique environment where the industry comes together to celebrate what makes Northern Ireland’s food and drink sector so special.

Meet the people who matter

The Pavilion has become a meeting point for producers, buyers, sponsors, government representatives, media and industry stakeholders.

It is an opportunity to reconnect with existing customers and contacts, build new relationships and have conversations that can lead to future business.

Inspire the next generation

Food and farming are at the heart of the Show, and the Pavilion plays an important role in introducing young people to Northern Ireland’s food and drink industry.

The official Kids Trail runs through the Pavilion, bringing hundreds of schoolchildren into the space to discover the people, products and stories behind our local food.

A stand to suit your business

Whether you’re an established food business looking for a high-profile presence or an emerging producer wanting to make your mark, we have a range of stand sizes and price points to suit different businesses and budgets.
