Cormac Evans is the Chef/Proprietor of this contemporary bistro in Strangford. As ever with our members, he is committed to using the best local produce available each season. That means seafood chowder with fish and shellfish from Strangford Lough, vegetables from the fertile fields of North Down and meat reared on the same lush green grass are all-star turns on the menu.
You can expect bistro classics like Duck Liver Parfait and a variety of steak cuts served with fat chips and tobacco onions, but Cormac also likes to push the boat out with Wild Wood Pigeon with quinoa and a blackberry jus or maybe an Aubergine Fritter with ciabatta and goats cheese.
